Do you come to me?
Yes. JJ Auto Detailing is fully mobile. We detail your car at your home or workplace.
What do I need to have ready?
A working outdoor water spigot and electrical outlet near where the vehicle is parked, room to work around the vehicle, and your personal belongings taken out. If water or power isn't available, we may need to reschedule.
When and how do I pay?
You pay after the job is done. We'll send you an invoice by email or text, and you can pay it online by card.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes. Before we start, we'll walk around the vehicle with you and ask you to sign our service agreement and liability waiver. You can read it ahead of time.
What areas do you serve?
King George, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania and Colonial Beach, Virginia. If you're close by but not sure, just ask.
When are you available?
Weekdays from 2 to 8 PM and weekends from 8 AM to 5 PM. All appointments are booked ahead of time.
How much does a full detail cost?
About $200 for a sedan, $235 for a midsize vehicle and $250 for a large SUV or truck. We'll confirm your exact price when you book.
Are there any extra charges?
Only if your vehicle needs it: pet hair removal is $80, heavy stains are $80, and biohazard cleanup (vomit and other bodily fluids) is $150. Extras are added to your invoice after the job.
Do you remove mold?
No. We don't take on vehicles with mold. If you're not sure whether it's mold, text us a photo at 540-594-4932 before you book.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can do it from your booking confirmation or by calling or texting 540-594-4932.
Can I book just the interior or exterior?
Yes. An interior-only detail is $150 for a sedan, $165 for a midsize vehicle and $180 for a large SUV or truck, and you can book it online. For exterior only, call or text us for a price.
